About this role
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / equivalent
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Strong practical experience in statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT and LWF.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS/reporting.
- Handle payroll, attendance and leave management.
- Recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
- PMS, KRA/KPI and appraisal activities.
- Prepare manpower, recruitment, payroll, compliance and employee-related MIS.
- Coordinate with site HR teams and multiple locations for HR data and compliance requirements.
- Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs and management instructions.
- Employee engagement activities.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up and analytical skills.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality and ownership.
