Experience: 14 Years | Location: Pune

80% RECRUITMENT

• End-to-end recruitment for Sales & Corporate positions.
• Candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, etc.
• Screening, interview coordination, follow-ups & offer management.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets and maintain recruitment MIS.

20% HR OPERATIONS

• Employee onboarding and documentation.
• HRMS, attendance, leave & employee records.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.

REQUIREMENTS: Strong communication, sourcing skills, MS Excel/HRMS knowledge. Real Estate recruitment experience preferred.
