Job Description- HR Compliance & Operations

Role: HR Compliance & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other statutory compliances.
• Handle timely monthly, half-yearly and annual statutory returns/filings.
• Ensure accurate PF/ESIC data, contributions, challans and statutory records.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation and statutory registrations.
• Handle attendance, leave, LOP and absence management.
• Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors for accurate statutory and payroll inputs.
• Address employee queries related to PF, ESIC, attendance and payroll.
• Maintain compliance trackers, records and ensure adherence to statutory deadlines.
• Support statutory audits, inspections and compliance requirements.

Desired Skills

• Hands-on experience in PF & ESIC compliance and statutory filings.
• Good knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory requirements.
• Experience in HR Operations, onboarding and attendance management.
• Strong Excel, documentation, follow-up and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work within strict timelines.

Qualification: Graduate in HR/Commerce/Business Administration or relevant discipline.
