Executive HR -TA || Field Sales Recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various roles within the BFSI industry through bulk hiring, mass hiring, non-IT recruitment, and volume hiring methods.
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in sales hiring or recruitment in the BFSI sector.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and ability to source high-quality candidates.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using various tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, Shine.com etc. for sourcing specialist activities.
