Executive – HR Recruitment (US Healthcare Domain)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong recruitment experience in the US Healthcare RCM domain, particularly in Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, working closely with hiring managers, building candidate pipelines and ensuring timely closure of requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer closure.
• Handle recruitment for US Healthcare RCM – Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, references, headhunting and other available channels.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates based on experience, communication, stability, compensation and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and closure.
• Manage salary discussions and offer negotiations within the defined company guidelines.
• Track recruitment progress and ensure requirements are closed within the agreed TAT.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with hiring managers and business teams to understand requirements and candidate expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on the status of open positions.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Address candidate queries related to the recruitment and selection process.

Onboarding & Induction

• Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth joining formalities.
• Ensure completion of required documentation and pre-joining formalities.
• Support induction activities for new joiners wherever required.
• Maintain proper recruitment records and candidate data.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.   
• Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience in US Healthcare RCM.
• Strong experience in hiring for Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Good understanding of US Healthcare RCM profiles and relevant skill sets.
• Experience in using job portals, vendor management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.  
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
