Roles and Responsibilities

• 35 years of experience in end-to-end offer management, onboarding, and Day 1 joining activities.

• Hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end interview process, including coordination with candidates and stakeholders.

• Experience in apprentice hiring and management through the NAPS Portal.

• Strong understanding of HRMS systems, preferably Workday, with experience in HR technology and related processes.

• Exposure to automation in onboarding and other HR processes, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar field.
  
• MBA/PGDM (HR/Industrial Relations) degree preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations regarding employment practices.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
