Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage HR generalist activities, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and exit management.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR operations.
  
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee data and performance metrics.
  
• Provide support in resolving employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in an HR role or equivalent industry experience.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (B.B.A. / B.M.S.) or relevant field.
  
• Strong understanding of HR generalist activities, payroll management, and exit management processes.
  
• Proficiency in using ATS applications such as Workday
