Profile Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for a hard-working & results-driven Executive – HR Help Desk. We are looking for an Executive – HR Help Desk to join our HR Helpdesk Team and help manage HR Helpdesk-related tasks. It requires an individual, who is committed & dependable and carries out defined tasks effectively & efficiently. It requires both - Customer Service Skills and Administrative Skills.

Role & Responsibilities: Applicant should be able to, but not limited to (Training & Handholding will be provided) Handle the Ivanti Portal for HR tickets (close tickets within the timeline) and reach out for support as required Assisting as well as independently managing the HR Onboarding documentation and communication. Communicating & Handling Queries related to Corporate Health Insurance Policy. Open to any ad-hoc HR activities as and when assigned. Must have skills: Good communication & interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) & Google Workspace (Sheet, Doc Data Handling & Reporting. Maintaining absolute confidentiality about the data. Good to have skills: Energetic & Passionate Ethical, Committed & Dependable
