1] Hands on experience in managing facilities like canteen, transportation, uniform and laundry, stationery, horticulture, housekeeping, security and surveillance, general building

repair and maintenance etc..

2] Hands on experience in Contract Labor Management, ensuring timely availability of contract manpower on shopfloor in each shift, attendance management, joining and exit formalities for contractual manpower, data preparation for invoicing.

3] Shall have hands on experience in conducting compliance audit of the contractual agencies.

4] Shall have experience of doing 5S in his designated area.

5] Shall have knowledge of preparing various data and MIS.

6] Shall have good knowledge of MS Office and basic AI.

7] Shall have participated in various ISO Audits.
