Executive Hospitality / Pantry Boy

We are looking for a well-groomed, professional and service-oriented Executive Hospitality / Pantry Boy to provide premium hospitality and pantry services to our Directors, Founders and Senior Management.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a corporate office, premium hotel, restaurant, executive lounge or similar hospitality environment and should understand professional etiquette and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tea, coffee, water, snacks and meals to Directors, Founders and Senior Management.
• Maintain the pantry, dining/meeting areas and executive office areas in a clean and presentable condition.
• Ensure timely and professional service during meetings and management discussions.
• Handle food and beverages with proper hygiene and presentation.
• Arrange and serve refreshments for internal and external guests.
• Maintain pantry stock and inform the concerned person about replenishment requirements.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and executive areas before important meetings.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene and professional conduct.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion while working around senior management.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, administration and vendors whenever required.
• Perform other hospitality-related responsibilities assigned by the Administration/HR team.

Candidate Profile

• 37 years of experience as an Executive Office Attendant, Pantry Executive, Butler, Hotel Steward, Hospitality Executive or similar role.
• Experience in serving senior management, VIP guests or corporate executives will be preferred.
• Candidates from 5-star hotels, premium restaurants, corporate offices, executive lounges or hospitality backgrounds are preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication will be an advantage.
• Excellent grooming, hygiene and professional etiquette.
• Polite, trustworthy, punctual and service-oriented personality.
• Should be comfortable working with senior management and external guests.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
