Executive - Hospital Operations ( ER , OPD , IP)

Job Summary

Responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day hospital operations, with primary focus on Front Office / ER Operations, Floor Management, and OPD Operations. The candidate will be deployed to the area best suited to their previous experience, skill set, and interest.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Front Office / ER operations to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service delivery.
• Coordinate Floor Operations, including patient movement, discharge coordination, bed availability and interdepartmental communication.
• Support and manage OPD operations, including patient flow, appointment coordination and coordination with consultants and support departments.
• Monitor patient waiting time, service TAT and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Nursing, Billing, Diagnostics, Pharmacy and other departments for seamless patient care.
• Handle patient/attendant queries and support effective grievance resolution.
• Ensure adherence to hospital SOPs, policies and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain basic operational reports and escalate critical issues to the reporting manager.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
