About this role
Maintain indoor plants: watering, pruning, pest control, fertilising, and replacements.
Ensure all landscaped areas are clean, healthy, and presentable.
Monitor plant health and plan timely replacements when required.
Coordinate with on-site crew and manage daily horticulture activities.
Maintain plant inventory and service records.
Act as the main contact for clients; address queries, feedback, and service requests.
Conduct site walkthroughs and share reports.
Advise clients on plant choices and indoor landscaping improvements.
Diploma/Degree in Horticulture / Agriculture / Botany.
1-2 years of indoor landscaping or horticulture experience.
Strong plant knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and client-handling ability.
Ability to manage multiple sites and guide on-site staff
