About this role
Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional, and high-class customer service experiences
Analysing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
Responding to customer needs and anticipating their unstated ones.
Core Responsibilities:
Guest management & guest engagement activities
Build good relationships and rapport with guests to make them feel comfortable and address any complaints they might have in a very courteous manner.
Receive guests by greeting them warmly, and attending to their inquiries and also answer inquirers over the phone.
Organize events and activities approved by the head office
Maintain orderliness at the front desk by arranging documents accordingly and keeping the front desk area clean all the times.
Report maintenance issues and malfunctioning appliances to the manager for quick repair.
Who are we looking for?
Excellent communication skills
Strong listening skills
Superior organizational skills
Strong time management skills
Adequate capability in Excel, word and PPT
Preferred candidate
Candidate should have experience in GRE/Reception/Front office.
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to interact professionally with customers and visitors.
Candidate must be comfortable with the work location, and weekend working will be mandatory.
