Educational Qualification
Essential
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Masters degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm Pharmaceutics preferred).
Preferred
- Specialization in Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, or related field.
Experience
- 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development.
- Exposure to oral solids, liquids, topical, or sterile product development preferred.
Required Skills Competencies
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of QbD, GMP, GLP, and documentation practices.
- Basic knowledge of scale-up, stability studies, and technology transfer.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and development documentation systems.
