About this role
JOB PURPOSE
The Executive - Fixed Assets is responsible for assisting in fixed asset accounting processes including data entry, asset tracking, and support for capitalization, depreciation, and disposal activities. The role supports compliance, documentation, and coordination with internal teams under supervision.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibilities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Assist in asset data entry and mapping activities.
- Accuracy of asset records
Support asset capitalization and completion date updates.
- Timeliness of updates
Help process depreciation runs and post entries.
- SLA adherence
Assist in asset retirement/disposal documentation.
- Compliance with procedures
Maintain CWIP tracking and support reconciliation.
- Data completeness
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Responsiveness and support quality

Stake holders/ Business User Team
Provide support during audit period with the data requirements
Internal SSC Team
Reach out to other SSC team members for quick resolution of open issues & escalations
GMR IT
Taxation/Secretarial
Provide responses to queries raised by to internal/external stakeholders

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s degree in Commerce
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Min. 1-3 years work experience in Accounts & Commercial (Finance) in an SSC/CoE set up
