Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:

• Tax Filing Process:
• Prepare and submit surplus line tax filings in compliance with state regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all required tax documents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state surplus line tax laws and regulations.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Prepare and review tax reports and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tax compliance policies and procedures.
• Audit Support:
• Provide support during tax audits and examinations.
• Gather and organize documentation required for audits.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Tax Manager and other team members to ensure seamless tax filing processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for tax filings.
• Process Improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
