Executive - Finance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute monthly book closing activities and support timely finalization of accounts.
• Review General Ledger transactions, accruals, provisions, prepaid expenses, and closing entries.
• Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet schedules and account reconciliations.
• Review business agreements and ensure accurate accounting of incentives, discounts, and marketing support.
• Maintain EMD, Security Deposit, Bank Guarantee, FD and DD records and reconciliations.
• Prepare depreciation schedules and support inventory and stock reconciliations.
• Support statutory audits, internal audits, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Provide financial reports, management analysis and process improvement initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements

• Education - B. Com/ M. Com/ CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
• Experience - 4-7 years experience in Finance & Accounts.

Knowledge / Technical Requirements

• Experience in accounting, month-end closing, reconciliations and audit support.
• Working knowledge of ERP/Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of General Ledger, accruals, provisions and account reconciliations.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and financial compliance requirements.
• Experience in inventory and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within timelines.
• Process improvement mindset and attention to detail.
