About this role
- Oracle Fusion Kyriba Support:
- Provide first-level functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials Cash Management module and Kyriba Treasury modules.
- Monitor daily payment processing, bank statement imports, and treasury operations.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues or escalate them to senior team members or vendors when required.
- Support payment processing, cash positioning, bank reconciliation, and bank connectivity activities.
- Assist in monitoring scheduled jobs, interfaces, and integrations between Oracle Fusion, Kyriba, and banking systems.
- Track incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with SLAs.
- User Administration Master Data
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and system access as per approved requests.
- Maintain master data including companies, bank accounts, counterparties, payment methods, and user roles.
- Support bank account onboarding and configuration activities.
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to established governance standards.
