Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance MIS Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess strong Finance Management Information Systems (MIS) knowledge and will be responsible for generating insightful reports, analyzing financial data, and supporting decision-making processes. This role is crucial for ensuring that our financial operations are efficient and effective.
Responsibilities - Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
- Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the Finance MIS framework.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements related to Finance MIS.
- Strong knowledge of Finance Management Information Systems (MIS) is a deal breaker.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance MIS or a similar role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
