Executive - Finance & Accounts

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day banking transactions and maintain Bank and Demat (DP) accounts.
• Execute share purchase, sale, and other investment-related transactions.
• Manage transaction settlements and ensure accurate accounting entries.
• Prepare and maintain books of accounts, financial records, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate account opening, KYC documentation, and compliance activities with banks and financial institutions.
• Liaise with bankers, brokers, depositories, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor investments, DP accounts, PMS, AIFs, and related financial transactions.
• Support loan management activities and coordinate with lending institutions.
• Prepare MIS reports, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational and financial issues.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with B.Com/M.Com/ CA Inter with Indian Accounting experience is preferred.
