Executive - Field Marketing - Tile Adhesive - Surat

1. Meeting tile fixing contractors and drive loyalty program.
2. IHB site visits and drive site sales conversion for Tile Adhesive product.
3. Conduct shop meets and one to many meets with Tile fixing contractors.
4. Work closely with sales counterpart for timely material delivery at the site converted.
5. Fix appointments with Architects and support senior manager in conducting technical session with Architects team.

• Diploma or BE Civil

• 2-4 years of experience in sales
• Experience in Tile Adhesive, Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, Tiles, or related industries preferred
• Candidates with strong retail and dealer network exposure in Surat market will be preferred

• Strong retail and tertiary sales orientation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Market development and field execution capability
• Basic understanding of building materials and construction products
• Negotiation and convincing skills
• Result-oriented, disciplined, and target-driven
• Ability to work independently in a field-sales environment
