Executive - Execution and Logistics

Responsibilities

• Maintain vessel records for audits, tax, and legal compliance.
• Manage inventory and month-end processes.
• Handle contract execution, logistics, and shipment documentation.
• Review and manage letters of credit and trade documents.
• Manage shipment expenses, receivables, and payables.
• Prepare and settle laytime calculations.
• Coordinate vessel nominations, loading, and unloading schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, shipping guidelines, and trade regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, surveyors, and suppliers.
• Support process improvements and trading operations.

Requirements

• Experience in trading operations or logistics, preferably in commodities.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms and international trade practices.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
