Executive - Execution and Logistics

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract execution and shipment logistics.
• Handle Letters of Credit, import/export documents, and laytime calculations.
• Manage shipment expenses, receivables, and payables.
• Ensure compliance with trade contracts and shipping requirements.
• Maintain records, inventory, and month-end documentation.
• Support audits, process improvements, and other trading operations.

Requirements

• Experience in trading operations/logistics, preferably commodities.
• Strong knowledge of international trade and contract terms.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS, UCP600, ISBP, FOSFA, PORAM, and GAFTA.
• Strong Excel, Word, and Power BI skills.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
