Executive E-Com & DM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Meesho, Myntra and other platforms.
• Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing and inventory.
• Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, ratings and marketplace performance.
• Prepare basic sales and marketplace performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Assist in digital marketing activities such as Meta Ads, lead generation and social media marketing.
• Monitor basic campaign metrics such as reach, impressions, clicks, leads, CPL and ad spend.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, packaging, dispatch and marketing requirements.
• Support activities to improve online visibility, marketplace performance and sales.

Requirements:

0-3 years of experience; freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply.

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and marketplace operations.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads/Facebook Ads and lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn e-commerce and digital marketing tools
