Executive - Dispatch

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage dispatch schedules for couriers and logistics operations.
  
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely pickup of packages.
  
• Plan transportation routes based on delivery locations and traffic conditions.
  
• Monitor vehicle tracking systems to optimize route efficiency.
  
• Resolve customer complaints related to delayed deliveries.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in ecommerce operations, dispatch scheduling, logistics operations, transport operations, or warehouse operations.
  
• Strong understanding of courier management processes and procedures.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer service interactions.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
