Executive Director _Head of Business, Industrial Castings

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and establish the Industrial Castings business (non-railway) from scratch, including business strategy, market development, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute the overall business plan and go-to-market strategy for industrial castings.
• Drive business development across domestic and international markets and build a strong customer base.
• Leverage established industry and customer relationships to develop new business opportunities.
• Provide strategic leadership across sales, production, commercial, quality and business operations.
• Ensure capability to manufacture castings using No-Bake Moulding, with flexibility to operate through Arc or Induction Melting routes.
• Experience in handling manufacturing operations with a capacity of up to 30,000 tonnes per annum of castings.
• Drive product development, costing, capacity planning, operational efficiency and profitability.
• Build and lead the team required to establish and scale the business.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in the industrial castings industry.
• Experience in heading Sales and Production functions is essential.
• Candidates should have experience in non-railway industrial castings with exposure to both domestic and export markets.
