Executive - Digital Marketing

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence, enhance brand visibility, and generate qualified business leads. The role involves managing social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, digital lead-generation initiatives, and brand communication while coordinating closely with business teams to ensure effective lead capture and follow-up.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on marketer with strong capabilities in performance marketing, content creation, analytics, and B2B branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's digital presence across relevant platforms.
• Plan and execute digital lead-generation campaigns.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Support SEO initiatives to improve online visibility.
• Create and coordinate engaging digital content aligned with brand objectives.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Manage CRM-based lead tracking and support lead nurturing activities.
• Coordinate with business and sales teams to maximize lead conversion opportunities.

Desired Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, lead-generation tools, campaign analytics, and CRM platforms.
• Working knowledge of email marketing, landing pages, marketing automation, and lead nurturing.
• Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and creative content formats.
• Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and project management skills.
• Data-driven, organized, growth-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with business and sales teams.
