Role Summary:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our existing domestic clients. You will be the single point of contact for operational coordination, service excellence, and client satisfaction, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between key customers and internal teams (operations, billing, transport).
• Monitor daily service delivery, pickups, and escalations to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Understand client logistics needs and coordinate accordingly with internal stakeholders.
• Proactively resolve delivery delays, documentation issues, and other service challenges.
• Prepare regular MIS reports and client performance reviews.
• Maintain strong client relationships and upsell relevant logistics services.
• Ensure timely invoicing, POD collection, and payment follow-ups.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and client servicing skills
• Basic understanding of logistics operations (FTL, PTL, Last-Mile, etc.)
• Hands-on with Excel and client reporting
• Problem-solving and coordination mindset
• Ability to handle multiple clients with competing priorities
• Fluent in Hindi and English (regional language a plus)

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
• Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction by actively listening, resolving issues efficiently, and managing expectations professionally.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, track service metrics, and identify patterns or areas for improvement.
• Prior experience in customer support or service roles, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
• Comfort working with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple queries, and prioritize tasks with attention to detail.
• Graduate degree or equivalent education in any discipline; specialization in business, logistics, or customer relations is an advantage.
