Role & responsibilities

• Support manager to process the payroll inputs for on-roll employees
• Processing monthly incentive for employees
• Processing full and final settlement and preparing exit documents
• Coordinate for the medical insurance for nomination and claim settlements
• Coordinate for the payroll compliance with vendors such as PF, ESIC, LWF etc.
• HR MIS, Dashboards & Data Management.
• Strong execution & follow up for HRMS & HRIS
• Facilitate employees to submit IT declaration and getting Form-16 distribution
• Support manager in conducting payroll and compliance audits (Monthly, Quarterly & Annually)
• Generate payroll reports and maintain monthly MIS
• Admin support for contractual employees (payroll, attendance etc.)
• Support the implementation of HRIS within area of responsibility
• Coordinate for labour law compliances
• Respond to queries accurately and promptly, and produce Ad-Hoc reporting as required, to support the work of HR teams across the business

Partners in other areas of HR like recruitment, employee engagement etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Hands on experience in Payroll, Compliance, Attendance & Data Management.

Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel & Power Bi (Compulsory)
