Executive - Client Visit Experience

Role Objective: Deliver an exceptional client and workplace experience by managing visitor engagement, meetings, events, and hospitality services to the highest professional standards.

Job Description

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Aviation, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
• Fluency in English and local language; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Hospitality, Front Office, Guest Relations, F&B, Corporate Services, or Aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage conference room bookings, setups, meetings, and event support.
• Welcome and assist clients/visitors, ensuring a seamless visit experience.
• Coordinate room readiness, AV support, catering, and refreshments.
• Conduct facility tours and support visitor registration processes.
• Liaise with IT, housekeeping, catering, and other vendors for smooth operations.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and hospitality standards across meeting spaces.
• Handle client requests professionally and gather feedback for service improvement.
• Support emergency preparedness, safety protocols, and first-aid readiness.
