Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customs clearance processes for imports and exports, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
  
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth clearance operations.
  
• Prepare and submit necessary documents for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during the clearance process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions related to customs clearance.
