Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop menus aligned with concept and market trends.
Lead, train, and manage kitchen team. Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Control food cost, wastage, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP).
Vendor management and procurement planning.
Coordinate with F&B service team for smooth operations
Manage kitchen budgeting and profitability.
