INDIRECT & DIRECT CATERING CATEGORY REQUIREMENTS

1. EXECUTIVE CHEF / HEAD CHEF

Salary: AED 4,250 4,750

• Minimum relevant experience in the Catering Industry.
• Responsible for overall kitchen operations and food production.
• Manage, train, and supervise kitchen staff.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Control food costs and manage kitchen budgets.
• Develop menus and ensure timely and efficient food service.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other departments.

Required / Preferred Certifications:

• FSMS / ISO 22000
• HACCP Level 4
• EFST

2. QHSE OFFICER

Salary: AED 5,500 6,500

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in QHSE, Food Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 58 years of relevant experience, preferably in Catering or Food Production.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 22000 / FSMS, HACCP, ISO 45001, Risk Assessment, Audits, and Regulatory Compliance.
• Conduct inspections, documentation, reporting, CAPA, training, and team coordination.

Preferred Certifications:

• HACCP Level 3 / 4
• ISO 22000
• IOSH / NEBOSH
• EFST

3. STOREKEEPER

Salary: AED 2,750 3,250

• Minimum 58 years of relevant experience, preferably in Catering, Hospitality, or Food Service.
• Diploma or Degree in Store Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Knowledge of inventory control, receiving & issuing, stock management, FIFO / FEFO, warehouse operations, documentation, and ERP systems.
• Good team-management, communication, and organizational skills.

4. ASST. STOREKEEPER

Salary: AED 2,100

• Minimum 46 years of relevant experience, preferably in Catering, Hospitality, or Food Service.
• Diploma or Degree in Store Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Knowledge of inventory control, receiving & issuing, stock management, FIFO / FEFO, warehouse operations, documentation, and ERP systems.
• Good team-management, communication, and organizational skills.
