About DigiAlly
DigiAlly is a financial intelligence and credit risk firm. We produce institutional-grade company analysis, credit assessments, peer benchmarking and investment research on Indian companies, listed and unlisted, and we advise banks, financial institutions and enterprises on AI adoption, digital strategy and transformation, digital bank launches and technology procurement. We also run board and CXO training programmes on AI and digital transformation. Our clients include banks, private equity investors, development finance institutions and enterprises in India, Southeast Asia and other international markets, and they rely on this work to make lending, investment and partnership decisions.
We hold our work to one standard: every figure traces to a primary source or a named database, and gaps are disclosed rather than estimated. The same discipline applies to the CEO's Office: nothing is assumed, nothing is lost and nothing goes out without review.
The role
The founder's week runs across research deliverables awaiting review, advisory and training engagements in progress, proposals and tenders with fixed deadlines, partnership conversations, hiring and the consultant bench. The Executive, CEO's Office sits at the centre of all of it: preparing the founder for each meeting, turning conversations into briefs, proposals and presentations, and following up with clients, partners, consultants and the internal team so that every commitment is tracked to closure. The role sees the full breadth of the business and is expected to bring order and pace to it.
Success in the role rests on five attributes:
- Follow-through - Open actions are owned, chased and closed without reminders; the founder never has to ask twice.
- Writing - Briefs, proposal sections and emails that are clear, concise and ready to send, with specifics in place of adjectives.
- Judgement and discretion - Knowing what needs the founder's attention today and what can wait, and handling confidential client, candidate and commercial matters with complete discretion.
- Organisation - Several proposals, engagements and hiring threads moving at once, each with its own deadline, version and owner.
- Independence - Working remotely from short briefs with rapid iteration, and raising a question only after having checked what is already on file.
Key responsibilities
- CEO's agenda - Maintain the running list of priorities, decisions and open actions across all engagements. Prepare the founder for client and partner meetings and external engagements with a one-page brief, capture outcomes and chase actions to closure. Produce a weekly status summary.
- Proposals and tenders - Own proposal production end to end for multilateral, government and private-sector clients: read the terms of reference or request for proposal, build the compliance matrix and submission checklist, draft sections, assemble team CVs in DigiAlly format, coordinate pricing inputs and submit on time through the client's portal or email.
- Consultant bench and staffing - Maintain consultant profiles in the standard DigiAlly template, match bench consultants (database, cyber-security and infrastructure specialists) to tender and engagement requirements, confirm availability and keep the pipeline current.
- Engagement coordination - Track scope, milestones, deliverable versions and client review dates across live engagements, from research reports and credit assessments to advisory programmes and training workshops. Schedule the founder's review of each deliverable before client release and keep engagement status current.
- Client and partner follow-up - Manage correspondence with clients, partners and prospective partners, prepare follow-up notes after each conversation and keep relationship records up to date.
- Research and briefing notes - Research companies, markets and prospective clients and partners for meetings and proposals. Prepare first drafts of presentations, concept notes and reports for the founder's review, in Word and PowerPoint to the house style.
- Training and events - Prepare and format materials for board and CXO training programmes and speaking engagements, coordinate logistics with client teams and manage pre- and post-session follow-up.
- Hiring - Coordinate screening calls, take-home cases and founder interviews for analyst, sales and consultant hiring, keep hiring trackers current and carry each process through to offer for the founder's approval.
- Records and version control - File every proposal, deliverable and template with disciplined version control so that the latest version is always the one in use.
Qualifications and experience
Education
- Graduate degree essential; engineering, commerce, economics or management preferred
- MBA, PGDM or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
- No professional certification is required; CA, CS or CFA (any level) is an advantage given the firm's financial research work
Experience
- 4-5 years in a founder's or CEO's office or chief-of-staff style role, management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a client-facing role in banking or financial services
- A demonstrated record of running proposals, bids or multi-stakeholder projects end to end, including documents, deadlines and follow-up with external parties
- Exposure to banking, fintech, AI or digital transformation is an advantage; experience preparing materials for senior leadership or boards is an advantage
- Writing samples will be requested
Skills and competencies
Technical
- Word, PowerPoint and Excel to a house style: clean formatting, consistent templates, sound spreadsheets and trackers
- Proposal and tender production: compliance matrices, CV formatting, submission checklists and portal submissions
- Research and briefing-note writing from public sources, filings and the firm's own reports
- Comfort with AI tools for drafting, research and formatting, used with judgement and checked against sources
- Ability to read a company's basic financial statements is an advantage
Professional
- Clear, concise writing with specifics in place of adjectives
- Follow-through without being chased; deadlines met without supervision
- Discretion with confidential client, candidate and commercial information
- Comfortable working from short briefs with rapid iteration
- At ease dealing with senior people at clients, partners and institutions
Working arrangement
- Fully remote (online); no office attendance required
- Core hours 10:00-18:00 IST, with flexibility for occasional calls with clients and partners in other time zones
- Written-first collaboration with disciplined version control on all documents

- Direct exposure to the founder and to every part of the business: research, advisory, training, proposals, partnerships and hiring
- Breadth of work across financial services, AI and digital transformation, and across India and international markets
- Full-time, fully remote employment
How to apply

- A short note (under 200 words) on how you have kept a senior leader's priorities on track
Selection process, 2-3 weeks end to end:

DigiAlly is an equal opportunity employer. Selection is based on the quality of a candidate's writing, organisation and follow-through.
