• Execution of in vitro bioassays such as ELISA & cell based assays
• Preparation of SOPs, Reports with good documentation practices
• Maintenance of consumables inventory & timely procurement of the reagents
• Mammalian cell culture.
• Revival & culturing of cell lines
• Subculturing of cell lines
• Cryopreservation of cell lines
• Execution of in vitro bioassays
• Desirable to have hands on experience in cell culture & bioassays
• Should be sincere, enthusiastic & committed towards work
