- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, customers, and vendor representatives through effective communication.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance trackers for management review.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and order fulfilment to support smooth business operations.
- Execute and manage SAP transactions, ensuring accurate data entry and adherence to business processes.
- Utilize CRM tools and MS Office applications to support reporting, analysis, and day-to-day business operations.
