About this role
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Enquiry Client Coordination
- Handle incoming sales enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and basic commercial details with clients.
- Follow up regularly on open enquiries and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, discussions, quotations, and order status.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
2. Site Visits Project Coordination
- Visit client sites to understand project requirements, site conditions, measurements, and execution requirements.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams for site feasibility and project planning.
- Support preparation of project scope, BOQ, material requirements, and execution schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, supervisors, and site teams during project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide progress updates to management and clients.
3. CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and updated customer and project information in the CRM system.
- Record all enquiries, follow-ups, site visits, quotations, orders, project status, and customer communications.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending leads and opportunities.
- Maintain customer history and project documentation for future reference.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, conversions, projects, pending actions, and customer complaints.
4. Maintenance After-Sales Service
- Coordinate with clients for post-installation maintenance requirements.
- Receive and register maintenance complaints/service requests.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with maintenance teams for resolution.
- Monitor closure of complaints within the committed timeline.
- Follow up with clients after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify recurring maintenance issues and highlight them to the management for corrective action.
- Support AMC renewal and other post-sales opportunities.
5. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Design, Procurement, Project Execution, Finance, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure proper communication of client requirements to the relevant internal teams.
- Track material requirements and delivery schedules wherever required.
- Follow up on pending actions and ensure timely closure.
- Escalate commercial, operational, quality, or customer-related issues to management.
