Job description: Executive - Brand Experience & Events
Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage the annual calendar of on-ground activations across markets
Ideate innovative brand activation concepts aligned with product positioning and campaign goals
Drive strong consumer engagement across all activation touchpoints (experience zones, brand collabs, retail activations etc.)
Conceptualise and build new IPs to drive long-term brand recall
Build and maintain a strong vendor network across geographies (fabrication, production, staffing, logistics)
Prepare and track P&L for each project, monitor budgets, and share post-event ROI reports
Coordinate with cross functional internal teams, agencies, and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns

Key Requirements
2-4 years of experience in brand experience, events or activations
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Sound understanding of event production and fabrication processes
Comfortable with budgeting and P&L management
Strong project management skills across multiple markets
Willingness to travel extensively
Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
