Executive - Backend Product Department

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Allocation:

• Support the allocation of jewellery to showrooms based on sales, stock availability and showroom requirements.
• Check showroom-wise sales and stock details and assist in identifying product requirements.
• Ensure the required range of jewellery is available across showrooms.
• Assist in stock transfers and reallocation between showrooms whenever required.
• Support the distribution of new jewellery designs to showrooms.

Sales Analysis:

• Check daily and monthly sales data of jewellery.
• Understand the movement of different jewellery designs and categories.
• Check showroom-wise product preferences and requirements.
• Inform the reporting manager about stock shortages or excess stock.
• Assist in taking decisions related to stock movement based on sales and stock position.

Showroom Coordination

• Coordinate with showroom teams regarding jewellery requirements.
• Follow up on stock transfers and allocations with the concerned teams.
• Assist the reporting manager in day-to-day assortment activities.
• Support the team in maintaining records and completing regular departmental work.
• Perform other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 6 months of professional experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Reporting Tools
• Fluency in Telugu is preferred.
