• Provide administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive team.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Coordinate logistics for events and conferences organized by the executive team.
• Excellent communication skills are required for drafting professional emails and letters.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and excellent time management abilities are essential.
• The candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities are highly valued.
• Discretion and maintaining confidentiality are key aspects of this role.
• Understanding of the manufacturing environment and work systems is preferred.
