Executive Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic support to the Promoters, including developing business plans, financial models, and presentations.
• Monitor and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential risks and maximize opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals through effective communication, collaboration, and project management.

Job Requirements :

• 7-14 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in greenfield project setup.
• Strong background in technical project management, financial modeling, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
