Executive Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in
day-to-day coordination, reporting, and project tracking activities. This role is ideal for an early-career
professional who is eager to learn, develop organisational and project management skills, and work
closely with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Coordination
Assist in coordinating with hiring partners and internal stakeholders for follow-ups and
information sharing.
Maintain communication records and ensure timely updates.
2. Project Status Tracking & Reporting
Prepare basic project status reports and trackers under guidance.
Consolidate updates from teams and share structured summaries with the Owner.
3. Excel-Based Reporting & Documentation
Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and simple dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
4. Jira & Task Tracking Support
Update tasks, statuses, and comments in Jira as instructed.
Assist in monitoring task progress and escalating delays when required.
5. Basic Project Management Assistance
Support basic project management activities such as task follow-ups, meeting notes, and
timeline tracking.
Help ensure adherence to processes and documentation standards.
