About this role
- To review high-value technical proposals, multi-million dollar tender strategies, structural manufacturing cost models, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) plans before they reach the CEO's desk for final sign-off.
- Analyze monthly operational and financial performance reports from diverse divisions (Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance), highlighting key variances, production bottlenecks, and resource risks.
- Consolidate complex technical, commercial, and market data into crisp executive summaries, dashboards, and strategic presentations for Board of Directors and executive committee reviews.
- Track the progress of mega-scale engineering projects, critical port equipment manufacturing timelines, and strategic corporate initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
- Identify operational friction points across departments and proactively recommend corrective action plans to ensure smooth execution of strategic goals.
- Design the agenda, coordinate the schedule, and structure the data requirements for all high-level technical and operational review meetings led by the CEO.
- Record detailed, technical Minutes of Meetings (MoM), highlighting action owners, binding deadlines, and quantitative milestones, ensuring absolute clarity across the leadership team.
- Act as a professional, technically sound liaison between the CEOs office and internal/external stakeholders, including global customers, joint venture partners, and ministry officials.
- Conduct deep-dive market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and technological trend analysis (e.g., industry adoption of AI in manufacturing, global ESG compliance standards) to support long-term strategic planning.
- Lead special, short-term operational improvement assignments or techno-commercial audits across MHEL manufacturing blocks as directed by the CEO.
