Anora Instrumentation Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturing company , is looking for a professional and well-organized Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Ambattur, Chennai

Gender: Female

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and executive support to the MD.

Manage the MDs calendar, meetings, appointments and schedules.

Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow-ups.

Handle emails, correspondence, documentation and reports.

Prepare meeting agendas, presentations and minutes when required.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.

Track important tasks, commitments and follow-ups.

Handle day-to-day administrative activities as required.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Management Assistant.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

Professional appearance and attitude.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
