About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Draft letters, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive team.
- Manage confidential documents and information in a secure manner.
- Perform secretarial tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong letter drafting skills with attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent email writing skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in performing various secretarial activities efficiently.
