Executive Assistant

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to drive corporate strategy, business planning, and growth initiatives. The role will be responsible for developing long-term business strategy, market research, competitor analysis, and supporting leadership in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Strategy: Develop and execute corporate strategy roadmap and annual business plan

Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking Identify new business opportunities, products and geographies Business

Planning & Growth: Prepare AOP (Annual Operating Plan), budgets and forecasts with Finance Work closely with Business Development, EB/Non-EB teams for growth planning

Track business performance vs plan and prepare MIS for management Strategic

Projects: Lead strategic initiatives, partnerships and new vertical launches Prepare Board presentations, investor decks and management reports Support M&A, alliances, and digital transformation projects Cross-Functional

Coordination: Liaison with Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR and Finance teams

Drive process improvement and efficiency projects
