Executive Assistant

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the President at VVDN's Manesar location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the President's schedule, coordination, communication, travel arrangements, and confidential administrative tasks while ensuring smooth day-to-day executive operations.

Key Responsibilities

1 Manage and coordinate the Presidents calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel

schedules.

2 Prepare MIS reports, presentations, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and business

correspondence.

3 Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.

4 Handle confidential documents and maintain data confidentiality.

5 Coordinate leadership meetings, review meetings, and follow-ups on action items.

6 Screen calls, emails, and prioritize communications on behalf of the President.

7 Support in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews.

8 Arrange domestic/international travel bookings, hotel reservations, and itineraries.

9 Ensure smooth office coordination for executive visits and meetings.

10 Track pending tasks, commitments, and deadlines for the President.
