Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Catalog Management
Create and manage product listings (new ASIN creation, variation setup, parent-child mapping)
Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords for better visibility
Fix listing issues such as suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and inactive SKUs
2. Inventory & Order Management
Monitor inventory across FBA, Seller Flex, and MFN
Coordinate with warehouse (CWH/HO) for stock availability and dispatch
Track stranded inventory and ensure timely resolution
Manage order processing, returns, and reconciliations
3. Amazon Operations
Handle daily operations on Seller Central
Work on FBA shipments, inbound planning, and stock replenishment
Coordinate for Seller Flex operations and resolve pickup/logistics issues
Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
4. Performance & Reporting
Track sales, returns, and performance metrics
Prepare daily/weekly reports (DPR) on sales, inventory, and returns
Identify high-return SKUs and suggest corrective actions
5. Issue Resolution & Coordination
Raise and manage cases with Amazon support
Resolve issues related to listings, payments, returns, and logistics
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, accounts, marketing)
