Executive Assistant To Vice President

Position description: To be central coordinator for field service and to maintain MIS, also work as PMO for HOD

Primary Responsibilities:
Coordination with Field service team.
Maintain MIS records of field service.
As PMO for HOD-
1. Maintain trackers and follow up with other departments for closure of issues
2. Schedule meetings and record the minutes as per the directions.
3. Must be effectively coordinating with different departments and in case of need escalating to HOD to ensure the overall companies goals are effectively met.
