Executive Assistant To the Director

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the Director who can support the Director in day-to-day business activities, coordination, communication, and follow-ups.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who wants to gain hands-on exposure to business operations and work closely with senior leadership.

Position: Executive Assistant to the Director
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Location: Vadodara

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in daily business activities and coordination.
• Manage emails and phone conversations and ensure timely communication.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other business documents.
• Schedule meetings and manage the Director's calendar.
• Arrange travel bookings, hotels, and transportation.
• Update and maintain CRM records accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain records, files, and important documents.
• Handle bank-related activities and documentation when required.
• Coordinate with customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
